The Musical Fence by Paul Matisse is an outdoor installation which is meant to be touched, played with and bring people together. It was a two part installation initially at the Cambridge City Hall and later divided in two, with one piece moving to the Montshire Museum and the other other to the deCordova Museum. Matisse is known for his ability to combine science at its core levels to observable and often engaging phenomena.
