I started by creating fake calipers to fill in empty spots in the shop so that when people look for tools, they see a bunch of fake tools, thus sending a message for others to put away their tools when they're done with them. The message changed by the end of the project. In the end, the fake calipers represented each of the calipers that have been broken and when someone is looking for calipers and there are none left, they will see the fake ones and see how many we would have if people were more careful and didn't break them.

I'm happy with the way that the installation conveys the new message, although, I would still like to find a better way to send the original message of putting away tools.
